What you'll do You will own the transformation partnership from vision to value - shaping strategy, winning belief, enabling execution, and embedding repeatable excellence.
As an Embedded leader within the customer's transformation programme, you will bridge commercial ambition with delivery implementation, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and remove obstacles to momentum.

- Act as a key driver in the customer's transformation delivery programme, modelling standard methodology, resolving blockers, and accelerating momentum.
- Establish governance and risk routines that keep complex programmes aligned, accountable, and on track.
Proven experience owning major client transformations from strategy through execution, ideally in professional services.
- A strong record of securing and growing large-scale business tied to major platform investments.
- Experience developing others and uplifting capability across consulting, transformation, or delivery teams.
- Ability to influence and encourage senior executives, securing belief, investment, and alignment.
- Critical thinking grounded in real-world delivery, including the ability to translate AI-enabled futures into actionable plans.
