Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day admin and operational support
- Coordinate projects, track progress, maintain documentation
- Keep compliance records up to date (policies, data handling, reporting)
- Support HR: candidate sourcing, onboarding, records
- Prepare reports; manage data and metrics (Excel and other systems)
- Schedule meetings; prepare agendas; manage comms (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
