We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a crucial role in using online software to schedule cases and assist in a smooth day to day routine at the Lab.
Responsibilities
- Using online software to carefully filter through requested dental cases, ranging from singular crowns to full arch implant cases, from various dentists.
- Organising incoming and outgoing cases, ensuring they are kept up to date and not missed.
- Allocating cases to dental technicians within the lab and ensuring they receive the essential information for each case.
- Communicating professionally with dentists via WhatsApp to gain information on specific cases, and update them of essential information if required.
- Ensuring the cases are organised according to requested return dates; allowing enough time for urgent cases to be received and completed by the technicians.
Requirements
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Ability to use a computer efficiently - experience is preferred.

The position is part time with a 24 hour week. Employee would preferably attend the lab on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, however the working pattern may be flexible if required.
