My client is a major financial services provider and they’re looking for someone to oversee their off-shore Loans Admin team and responsibilities.

Specifications of the role:

  • Liaise with borrowers and lenders regarding operational matters
  • Analyse available undrawn commitment balance to ensure utilisation is in line with facility agreement terms
  • Process drawdown, rollovers, repayments
  • Calculate, process and reconcile commitment, utilisation fee and charges and liaise with agents/customers of missing payments
  • Actively participate in the review of Financing Agreements when closing deals.
  • Assist the lenders in the decision-making processes when required

Experience in Syndicated Loan Administration, ideally in agency management as well as in the review of financing contracts; knowledge of LMA contracts, calculations of loans settlements, management of participations, etc.
