The Opportunity
Join a leading international banking institution with a strong footprint in syndicated and structured finance. This is a high-visibility role within a specialist Loan Administration team, supporting complex syndicated facilities where the bank acts as Facility Agent. You’ll operate as a trusted escalation point, working closely with lenders, borrowers, and internal stakeholders to keep transactions running smoothly across the full loan lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day administration of syndicated facilities from drawdown to final repayment
- Coordinate communications between lenders and borrowers, ensuring contractual obligations are executed accurately
- Manage interest, fee calculations, rollovers, repayments, and lender participations
- Interpret loan agreements (conditions precedent, events of default, repayment provisions) and translate them into precise operational actions
- Support secondary loan trades, lender transfers, and onboarding
