Operations Transformation Director (6 months)

Day Rate: £700-800p/d (inside IR35)

We are working on behalf of a local authority, who are lookign to modernise how their operational services run, from fleet management to field operations and workforce planning. To deliver this, they need a hands-on Operations Transformation Director to partner with the existing Operations Director and drive efficiency, culture change and process redesign.
This is a pivotal short-term assignment for an experienced transformation leader who can blend strategy with delivery.
You’ll:
- Review and modernise operational policies, processes and service models
- Identify inefficiencies and design new, agile ways of working
- Work alongside senior leaders to deliver transformation without disrupting BAU
- Influence at every level to embed change sustainably
You’ll have a strong background in operational transformation, within the public or regulated sector, with the resilience and diplomacy to work in politically sensitive environments.
