Senior Associate - Corporate Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE

Our client, a fantastic forward thinking Law firm are seeking to hire a Senior Associate in their corporate team to play a pivotal role in their growing practice.

Working closely with the Corporate Partners, you’ll have significant client exposure, take on leadership responsibilities, and contribute to strategic business development. With opportunities to expand your professional network and grow your practice, you’ll also support junior colleagues and help drive the corporate team’s strategy in a collaborative, cross-departmental environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and investments.
• Advise on shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance, and company law.
• Handle private equity, and corporate finance matters.
• Manage corporate reorganisations and related transactions.
• Build client relationships and mentor junior team members.
• Drive business development and contribute to the corporate team’s goals.

About You

• A UK-qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, including experience of leading on corporate transactional work.
• Skilled in managing client relationships, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to business development.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
