The successful candidate will:
- Ideally have a minimum of 4 years' experience in client services, ideally in a marketing agency environment but candidates with wider account or stakeholder management experience are also welcome to apply
- Be a confident presence with your clients, who will primarily be big-name retail brands, offering a consultative approach to fully explain what the agency can deliver, to ensure the client's growth and success
- Have line management experience, as you will be required to lead junior colleagues, perform appraisals and 1-2-1s, and play a role in their development and progression. Line management experience is essential for this one
- Be equally strategic and commercially-minded, and focused on driving organic growth of your accounts, working collaboratively with various teams across the agency
- Be confident, good with numbers, cool under pressure, and a great communicator, both verbal and written
