Dnevo Partners is growing and this time it’s our turn to hire.
We’re on the hunt for a Managing Partner to build out our technology recruitment practice from the ground up. This is a blank slate: no existing client base, no team in place. Just you, your grit, and the full backing of a high performing firm that knows how to scale.
You’ll have full autonomy to shape and grow the tech desk from carving out the niche, to hiring your first team member, to onboarding your first retained client. We’re not looking for someone to maintain. We’re looking for someone to build.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and executing a go-to-market plan for the tech desk
- Bringing on new clients, ideally in high-growth, product-led firms across the UK or Europe
- Hiring, training and managing a small team of recruiters as the desk grows
- Becoming the go-to partner for hiring managers and founders in your space
- Collaborating with the wider leadership team on branding, marketing and commercial strategy
Who this is for:
- You’re a senior recruiter with a proven track record in tech recruitment (perm, contract or both)
- You’ve either managed a team or built a desk – ideally both
- You thrive in business development
- You’re comfortable operating without hand holding – but still love being part of a collaborative team
- You’re excited by the idea of having real skin in the game and helping shape a business
What you’ll get:
- The opportunity to build a team and run a business unit with full support from founders
- Access to a loyal client base in adjacent verticals (financial services, fintech, risk) to help cross-sell
- Access to latest tech, automation and AI tools
- A genuine say in the firm’s strategy
