Experience: Ideally have prior FS / Accounting Experience but not 100% necessary
MUST have consulting experience, and prior experience of delivering real senior level change
We are working with a leading accounting firm to deliver a completely new people strategy.
Working as a independent consultant (Outside of IR35) you will help design, deliver and implement a whole new people strategy designed to deliver accelerated growth for the business
Examples of L&D support needed
- A review of all L&D actions business wide, bringing together and creating a L&D stream under the People & Culture team
- A review of all current L&D actions measuring outputs, reviewing inputs and measuring outputs from appraisals to impact of existing frameworks.
- Review and refresh existing competency framework
- Support the firm with surveys and feedback processes across the UK in different branches
- Career Pathway development
- Support with selection, implementation and onboarding of L&D platform
