We’re seeking an experienced senior housing leader to drive major transformation across Housing Needs, Private Sector Housing, homelessness prevention, and multi‑agency partnerships. This role leads high‑impact change programmes, improves housing outcomes, and shapes strategic services that support vulnerable households.
What you’ll do
- Lead transformation across Homelessness, Temporary Accommodation, Private Sector Housing and partnerships.
- Oversee service redesign to improve customer experience, strengthen prevention, and reduce reliance on Temporary Accommodation.
- Manage major programmes including Supported Housing procurement, TA reduction, nominations reviews, and service restructures.
- Lead the transfer, review, and improvement of Private Sector Housing functions.
- Build and run a new Homelessness Partnership Board.
- Drive cross‑council collaboration across Adults, Children’s Services and Public Health.
- Ensure strong financial management, performance oversight, data quality, and compliance.
