AVP, Loans Agency Facility Agent

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Syndicated Loans. Acting on behalf of a syndicate of lenders, the Facility Agent must deal with scheduled and unscheduled events, issues and queries, these must be dealt with quickly and efficiently, and these must be administered in accordance with the relevant Facility Agreement.

Responsibilities include:

• Verify junior team members' work for accuracy.
• Assist line management in controlling workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Act as first line escalation for issue resolution, solving routine problems and escalating as needed.
• Help create, review, and maintain policies and procedures.
• Support project implementation as required.
• Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders, including Front Office, lenders, legal counsel, and borrowers.

Previous experience of Syndicated or Agency Loan Operations as well as proven excellent client services from prior roles is required. The very nature of agency work means you need to be happy to work in a fast-paced environment as well.
