AVP, Digital Transformation, Operations

This role sits within a newly formed team at a leading bank, dedicated to optimising operations and driving efficiency. The team will focus on boosting productivity by leveraging outsourcing, offshoring, and a suite of digital tools, including automation, AI, and workflow solutions.

The role holder will adapt to project and programme needs, focusing on:

• Embedding the Operations DX & Transformation framework in line with broader strategy.
• Identifying efficiency opportunities across EMEA Operations.
• Reviewing processes, defining problem statements, and proposing solutions.
• Delivering transformation initiatives, tracking KPIs, and managing risks.
• Defining and monitoring ROI and benefits.
• Ensuring smooth BAU handover with clear documentation.
• Supporting governance, communications, and key committee updates.
• Staying ahead of industry trends in AI and digitalisation.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and driving change.

Experience needed to perform the role successfully

• Strong track record of leading transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.
• Hands-on experience in business analysis across various transformation programmes.
• Expertise in transformation methodologies, including process re-engineering, automation, and intelligent automation, with a focus on practical application.
