A leading property company requires an experienced Administrator to assist the Sales and Lettings teams in their busy Camden office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uploading property details and client information
  • Typing valuation and instruction letters
  • Preparing, updating and printing property lists
  • Managing front of house, meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Weekly stationery ordering
  • Updating and maintaining the company website with updated property details as and when necessary
  • Advertising – preparing and proof-reading all adverts for weekly and monthly publications
  • Organising photography, floorplans and relevant statutory required documents
  • Opening, date stamping and distributing post and franking outgoing mail
  • File management
  • Ordering property boards to be erected or taken down
  • Management of gas safety and electrical safety system, arranging gas safety’s and EICR’s due – Monthly
  • Chasing gas safety and electrical safety certificates and sending copies to Landlords & Tenants
  • Overseeing the monthly renewals for the office

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within property, is essential
  • Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof reading skills
  • Highly organised, motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Able to meet deadlines and use own initiative
  • Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
  • Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good customer relations and communication skills are required
  • Team player
