Looking to start your surveying career with hands-on project experience and support towards chartership?
We are working with an established construction consultancy to recruit a Graduate / Assistant Surveyor, focusing on high-end residential projects, with additional exposure to retail and commercial clients.
You’ll join a friendly, close-knit team with a family feel, working alongside experienced surveyors on residential alterations, extensions, refurbishments and fit-outs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting cost estimates, budgets and tender documentation.
- Measuring works and helping monitor project costs.
- Assisting with valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Attending site visits and project meetings.
- Building practical experience towards your RICS APC.
What we’re looking for:
- A completed RICS-accredited course in Quantity Surveying or a relevant related discipline.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- A genuine ambition to become a Chartered Surveyor.
Recent graduates are welcome - previous experience is helpful, but not essential
