This role sits at the intersection of Product Strategy, Machine Learning, and Creative Technology. As a Senior Product Manager at BRAHMA AI, you will own the vision and execution of ML-powered products that enable the creation of high-fidelity audiovisual artificial content.

What You’ll Do

  • Define product vision & strategy: Own and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with BRAHMA AI’s business objectives. Identify where core ML and generative capabilities can unlock new value for customers and differentiate our platform in the market.
  • Drive ML-powered product development: Lead end-to-end product development from ideation through launch. Translate complex ML concepts and constraints into clear product requirements, user stories, and success criteria that engineering and research teams can execute against.
  • Partner deeply with technical teams: Work closely with ML researchers, data scientists, and engineers to shape product direction, scope features, and ensure models are integrated into reliable, scalable product experiences.
  • Own prioritisation & delivery: Manage and prioritise the product backlog, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term platform investments. Make informed trade-offs based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
  • Measure impact & outcomes: Define and track product KPIs and success metrics. Use data, user feedback, and market signals to iterate and continuously improve product performance.
  • Explore innovation & market opportunities: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies in generative AI and media. Guide exploratory work into next-generation models and experiences, turning insights into actionable product bets.

What You’ll Need

  • Product management experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years working on ML-driven or data-intensive products. Proven experience owning products through the full lifecycle from discovery to launch.
  • ML & technical fluency: Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle, data strategies, and the constraints of building AI-powered products. You can engage deeply with technical teams without needing to be an engineer yourself.
  • B2B SaaS mindset: Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, with a strong grasp of enterprise customer needs, roadmap planning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Agile delivery: Comfortable working within agile methodologies, leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative delivery in fast-moving environments.
  • Communication & leadership: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You can clearly articulate complex ideas, influence without authority, and bring cross-functional teams along with you.
  • Ownership & initiative: You don’t just identify problems; you proactively propose solutions. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in high-autonomy environments.
