Summary: The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of training and development programs within the organization.

This role ensures that all training initiatives are delivered efficiently, aligned with business objectives, and contribute to employee development and performance improvement.

Key

Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars (both virtual and in-person).

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to organize training programs.

Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants.

Manage logistics including venue arrangements, training materials, and technical setup.

Track and monitor training attendance, completion, and feedback.

Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on training effectiveness.

Assist in the development and updating of training materials and documentation.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory training requirements.

Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
