We are looking for a Show Production Manager to support Creative, Editorial, Production, and VFX teams within a fast-paced post-production environment. The role is responsible for working with the VFX Producer and Supervisors to build project schedules, manage budgets, and ensure final shot delivery aligns with budgets and deadlines. They help oversee the production team coordinating review sessions, maintaining shot tracking workflows, and ensuring creative and production updates are communicated across editorial, VFX teams, and production units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain complex shot schedules, identifying milestones for assets, temps, and finals, ensuring alignment across production, editorial, and VFX teams.
  • Assist the Producer in monitoring costs and tracking bids.
  • Collate and maintain weekly status reports.
  • Help manage priorities, updates, and review materials.
  • Supervise, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior production staff (like VFX Coordinators) to ensure a healthy, steady workflow.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Previous experience working both client-side and vendor-side within VFX/post-production environments.
  • Strong ShotGrid / Shotgun experience is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • Solid understanding of VFX and editorial workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in the London office up to 5 days per week.
  • Experience working on high volume VFX productions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
