BRAHMA AI is building the end-to-end operating system for enterprise media content. BRAHMA AI Core integrates with the enterprise to handle ingest, contextualisation, search, discoverability, governance, and distribution. BRAHMA AI Studio is where creation happens, powered by our flagship proprietary models: ATMAN, our high-fidelity digital human, and VAANI, our authentic voice. Together they form one platform.
We need a design leader who can see the full surface: how creative workflows in Studio inherit patterns from Core, how Core and Studio come together as one platform, how to shape a Hollywood-grade digital human creation journey, how to integrate next-gen conversational UX across the platform, how permissions and entitlements apply across the platform, and how it all adds up into a coherent product.
You will own the unified design language and user experience for the BRAHMA AI platform, set and hold the consistency bar across teams, and lead the design of our generative AI tooling.
Key Responsibilities- Own the unified design language for the BRAHMA AI platform, which consists of Core and Studio.
- Align designers across the different product teams.
- Set and hold the consistency bar.

- Define end-to-end user journeys across the platform in a common UX language.
- Partner closely with PMs, VPs, and engineering leads.
- Build and run a design system that actually gets used.
- Interface directly with customers when needed.
- 8+ years in product design, with at least 3 in a lead role aligning multiple designers or teams.
- Wide platform thinking.
