- Some hands-on experience with VFX software such as Nuke, Maya, or similar
- At least a basic understanding of PC building and hardware components
- A professional and personable manner, comfortable interacting with clients and senior stakeholders

- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working at pace in a busy studio environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Nice to have:
- A degree in VFX, film studies, or a related discipline
- Some familiarity with Mac, Windows, or Linux environments
- Basic understanding of AV or IT equipment
- Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems
- Any prior experience in a studio, production, or tech environment

You’re observant, pick things up quickly, and are always looking for ways to be useful. You understand the importance of professionalism in a client-facing environment and can represent the team with confidence and composure.
