You’ll be the go‑to person for all things AV — from designing and building high‑quality rooms to supporting day‑to‑day troubleshooting. The role involves working closely with internal teams including Colour Science and Heads of Departments. This is a fully onsite role based at our London office, and you’ll be expected to be present and hands‑on as the business requires.

- Taking ownership of the AV infrastructure and keeping spaces in excellent working order
- Building and commissioning high‑quality AV environments
- Delivering technical training to staff across the business
- Liaising with production shows on their AV requirements
- Supporting onsite meetings and multimedia activities
- Researching and recommending emerging AV technologies
What we’re looking for
- Strong, hands‑on knowledge of audio‑visual systems
- Experience building and commissioning professional AV spaces
- Familiarity with projector technologies, including Barco
- At least a basic working knowledge of Q‑SYS
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation ability
- Good time management and ability to juggle competing priorities
Nice to have
- Experience with JIRA
- Electrical or carpentry skills
- Comfortable across Mac, Windows, and Linux environments
- Familiarity with LED volumes — no prior experience required but a background in this area would be a bonus
About you
