  • Carrying out regular checks on AV systems and spaces to ensure everything is functioning correctly
  • Troubleshooting and resolving basic AV faults, escalating more complex issues to the AV Specialist
  • Assisting with the setup and support of meetings and onsite events
  • Supporting client screenings and dailies, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish
  • Managing and handling DCPs for screening sessions
  • Operating our in-house screening software, XStudio
  • Helping to maintain AV equipment and keeping spaces tidy and well presented
  • Supporting the AV Specialist on projects and installations as required
  • Must Have
  • A solid understanding of audio-visual systems and equipment
  • Some hands-on editing experience and a good working knowledge of post-production workflows
  • A good understanding of VFX terminology and the wider industry
  • A professional and polished manner when dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues before they become problems
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently on day-to-day tasks
  • Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
  • Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with DCP workflows and screening room operations
  • Some familiarity with Q-SYS or similar control systems

  • Comfortable being the first point of contact when something goes wrong and know when to elevate
  • Present yourself professionally in a client-facing environment and understand the importance of getting every screening right.
  • Looking to grow your skills in a world-class studio environment and aren't afraid to get stuck in.
  • Organised and methodical in your approach to the work
  • Calm under pressure and capable of delivering to short deadlines
