We're looking for a vet who brings clinical confidence, charisma and a genuine passion for patient care. Whether you love consulting, surgery, or a bit of everything, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills across both our consulting rooms and theatres, with an experienced Vet, RVN and Support Team around you.

A team that invests in you

We believe great vets should have the freedom and support to develop their own clinical interests. If there's an area of expertise you're passionate about, we want to hear about it — and we're happy to invest in the equipment and resources you need to deliver the highest standards of care. You'll also have access to a wealth of experience across our independent group. Our certificate-holding vets have expertise in Soft Tissue Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Dermatology, Exotics, Oncology and more, giving you a fantastic network of colleagues to turn to for support, mentoring and case discussions.

Your progression matters

We're a vet-led group, and our founders are passionate about creating genuine opportunities for the vets within our teams. Whether you're looking to build confidence in a particular clinical area, work towards a certificate or take the next step in your career, we'll support you with:

  • Enhanced CPD packages
  • Certificate funding
  • Internal clinical progression opportunities
  • Support from experienced certificate-holding colleagues
  • Investment in equipment to help you develop your clinical interests

We're also committed to helping our vets provide the very best care for their patients. Across our practices, we offer zero-interest finance plans, helping you navigate those more challenging financial conversations with clients while keeping patient care at the heart of every decision.

A career that fits around your life

We know that being a great vet shouldn't mean sacrificing your life outside work. That's why our standard full-time rota is four days per week, with a manageable 1:3 Saturday rota. You'll have the space to build your career while still having time to enjoy everything life outside the practice has to offer.

What’s in it for you?

  • Salary up to £75,000, depending on experience
  • £2,000 CPD allowance or certificate funding
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave
  • Perkbox subscription
  • Visa sponsorship available if required
  • Dental and health cashback scheme
  • Clinical progression opportunities through CPD and internal opportunities
  • A supportive, experienced and genuinely collaborative team
