We have a member of the team assigned to all important moving parts of a successful veterinary practice but we appear to be missing just one more thing – YOU!
As a Veterinary Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the vet and nurse teams by maintaining a clean and hygien environment at all times, assisting with animal handling, working on reception and providing support to the Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Surgeons as needed.
We boast opportunities for growth with extra CPD opportunities and the option of training to become an RVN down the line. In the past year our nurses have achieved further qualification in anaesthesia, emergency and critical care, physiotherapy, behaviour and diet. If you have a passion that’s not being indulged then a move to DNA Vetcare could be just the ticket for the next step for you in such a valuable role.
We are part of an independent group of surgeries in Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London.
As a Veterinary Care Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team and have the opportunity to do a variety of tasks – No two days are the same!
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week over 5 days with a share of weekends. Previous experience working as a VCA is desired.
