Overview
Night RVN opportunity at Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic in Belgravia, Central London. Join our 24-hour practice with a progressive, friendly, independent team. The standard night rota is 7 nights on, 14 nights off.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and triage patients, ensuring every client is greeted with empathy and professionalism and receives prompt care as needed.
- Assist in emergency care settings and contribute to the development of the night service.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to maintain a high standard of patient care during night shifts.
Requirements
- Experienced Night Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with an interest in Emergency care.
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to remain calm and professional in stressful emergency situations.
- Ability to work night shifts as part of a 7 on, 14 off rota.
