Management Accountant

We're looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting the commercial performance of our expanding business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and wants to make a real impact within a growing organisation.
Responsibilities
Reporting into the senior finance team, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, providing commercial insight, and supporting operational decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to help drive performance while ensuring strong financial controls are maintained.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant within a large, multi-site organisation.
- Experience working with businesses operating across 30+ sites or with an annual turnover exceeding £30 million.
- Knowledge of franchise and partnership business models is essential.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insight.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with stakeholders across the business.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing organisation.
- An interest in embracing technology and a willingness to utilise AI tools to improve efficiency and support business processes.
- The ability to commute to our Chatham office, living within approximately 40 minutes of the site.
