Description dnata Catering UK are actively seeking a Loader to join our already successful and vibrant team at Manchester airport.
As an Aircraft Catering Loader you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our catering and goods arrive with our airline customers on time in line with various scheduling requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading aircraft catering equipment and supplies.
- Ensuring all catering is delivered to airline specifications and procedures.
- Working safely and efficiently within a fast-paced airport environment.
- Meeting tight operational deadlines while maintaining high standards of service.
- Working collaboratively as part of a 24-hour operation.
- Please note your duties will include but are not limited to the above.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Be able to handle pork and alcohol products.
- Full UK driving licence with 6 penalty points or fewer.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a demanding operational environment.
- Good numeracy skills and a reasonable standard of spoken and written English.
- Flexible approach to working early, afternoon, and night shifts.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Be prepared to stand for long periods of time and have good mobility.
- Be prepared to work in a chilled environment.
