We are seeking an Operations Reporting Coordinator to support the delivery of accurate, timely and structured reporting across the Operations function. This role will collate data from multiple sources, maintain reporting routines, and present information in a clear and practical format to support operational decision-making. Working closely with the Head of Operations, Operations Coordinator, Catering Operations Support Managers and Inventory Manager, the role will provide the reporting foundation needed to monitor performance, highlight risks, track actions and support delivery against operational priorities.

The position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills and confidence working with operational stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The role will also provide exposure to wider operational coordination activity, including governance support, action tracking, issue visibility, supplier performance reporting and operational planning cycles. As capability develops, the role may support elements of Operations Coordinator or Catering Operations Support Manager activity where appropriate, particularly during periods of absence, peak workload or specific business need. This position is suited to someone organised, analytical and proactive, with the ability to identify reporting gaps, flag inconsistencies and suggest practical improvements to ways of working. It provides a strong foundation for developing broader operational understanding across airline catering, supplier performance and multi-site service delivery. As part of a hybrid team, you will collaborate in the office from Monday to Wednesday, working closely to drive key insights and improvements.

Maintain structured reporting routines aligned to operational priorities, governance cycles and stakeholder requirements. Support the preparation of regular reports covering operational performance, service issues, KPI/SLA updates and action progress. Ensure reports are clearly formatted, version-controlled and suitable for review by operational stakeholders.
  • Data Quality and Insight Support: Check source data for completeness, accuracy and consistency before reporting outputs are shared. Highlight data gaps, unusual trends, inconsistencies or emerging risks for review by the relevant operational owner. Support basic analysis of operational performance to assist decision-making by the Head of Operations, Operations Coordinator, COSMs and Inventory Manager. Maintain reporting files, trackers and data sources in an organised and accessible format.
  • Governance and Action Tracking: Support governance routines by preparing reporting packs, action logs and meeting materials where required. Track agreed actions, owners and due dates, escalating overdue or unclear items to the relevant operational lead. Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including supplier-led service reviews and KPI/SLA updates. Provide reporting support for recurring operational activity such as seasonal readiness, equipment planning and performance reviews.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build effective working relationships with internal teams and relevant supplier contacts to support timely data gathering. Present reporting outputs in a clear, practical format suitable for operational audiences. Use agreed communication channels, including centralised team mailbox processes where applicable. Support consistent communication by ensuring data, actions and updates are captured accurately.
  • Process Support and Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, duplication or gaps in reporting processes and suggest practical improvements. Support the standardisation of report formats, trackers and reporting routines across the Operations function. Assist with the implementation of agreed reporting changes, ensuring outputs remain reliable and easy to use. Maintain a proactive approach to improving reporting clarity, consistency and usability.
