YOUR MISSION

As a Load Controller-Dispatcher, you\'ll be the vital link between Ground Operations and Flight Crews, making split‑second decisions that ensure aircraft depart safely, on time, and with optimal efficiency. Your expertise directly impacts:

  • Safety: Executing meticulous weight & balance calculations that safeguard every flight
  • Efficiency: Coordinating all turnaround services with great precision

WHAT YOU\'LL COMMAND

  • Aircraft Turnaround Management: Coordinate and synchronise all ground services including fuelling, catering, cleaning, and baggage loading
  • Weight and Balance Calculation: Using manual documentation and departure control systems to ensure the aircraft is within safe operational limits.
  • Communication: Serve as the authoritative liaison between flight deck, ground teams, and airline operations
  • Documentation Excellence: Produce and verify essential flight documentation with unwavering attention to detail

YOUR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR TAKEOFF

  • Aviation Experience: Proven track record in aircraft dispatch operations, particularly with wide‑body weight & balance systems
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Mobility: Valid full UK driving licence for airside operations
