As our Learning and Talent Development (LTD) Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our talent development initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional support across all Learning, Talent and Development (LTD) initiatives. This is more than an administrative role β itβs an opportunity to make a real impact on employee development and organisational success and would suit someone with desire to develop a career in Learning and Development. You'll be the go-to person for all LTD queries, working collaboratively across departments to coordinate LTD initiatives, maintain essential systems that help our people reach their full potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Systems & Data Management
- Collect information, maintain and update talent management trackers, databases, systems, and filing systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform data entry, analysis, and prepare insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all learning, talent, and development information.
- Training Coordination
- Ensure training courses are fully booked, well-attended, and run smoothly.
- Prepare course documentation, materials, and communication materials to support engaging learning experiences.
- Schedule LTD events, and organise logistics.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for all LTD administrative queries.
- Liaise effectively with departments, managers, and employees to distribute and gather essential information.
- Prepare and distribute communication materials for LTD initiatives.
- General Support
- Collect, organise, and distribute information to support LTD processes.
- Undertake additional administrative duties as required to support the team.
- Champion dnata's Vision, Mission, and Values in everything you do.
What We're Looking For
- IT Literate using Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Excel.
