We are recruiting experienced Travel Consultants for our store in Knutsford.
Job Summary
As a Travel Consultant you will sell long‑haul destinations and tailor‑made holidays, meet and exceed sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service. You will follow up on customer enquiries, build lasting relationships face‑to‑face or over the phone, and participate in training and supplier events.
Responsibilities
- Sell long‑haul destinations and tailor‑made holidays.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers as well as following up on enquiries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a target‑driven environment.
- Participate in weekly product training and supplier‑hosted events.
- Work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week (with extended hours during peak periods).
Qualifications
- Experience selling long‑haul destinations and tailor‑made holidays.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Passion for travel and a strong motivation to meet and exceed targets.
- GDS experience a plus.
- Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
Compensation
Base salary plus an uncapped commission scheme (average commission of ÂŁ24k; top performers average ÂŁ55k). OTE ranges from ÂŁ35k in the first year to ÂŁ39k in the second year.
