12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a key strategic initiative: the consolidation of all outsourced maintenance activities into a single Facilities Management (FM) provider. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver long-term value across our estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive asset registers across all sites to support the RFP process
- Manage the full end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including RFP development, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding
- Collaborate closely with the wider Facilities Management team, providing support and expertise where needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance activities
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain, with a focus on facilities management services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively partner with facilities, finance, and legal teams
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, contract management, and vendor management, ensuring agreements deliver value and performance
Desirable Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Facilities Management, or a related field.
