dnata Catering UK are actively seeking Drivers Mates to join our already successful and vibrant team at Edinburgh airport. As a Drivers Mate you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our catering and goods arrive with our airline clients on time, in-line with various scheduling requirements. This role is central to our services, allowing us to distribute the catering and goods which we are very proud of.
The Role
- Collecting and loading of the bar and catering equipment on to 17 tonne rigid vehicles
- Assisting the drivers, you will ensure the goods and catering packages are delivered on time
- Liaise with Cabin Crew from our array of airline clients to facilitate the transfer of catering equipment to and from your vehicle to the aircraft
- Occasional requirement to conduct small vehicle runs with uplifts or additional stock
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where we aim to delight our customers
Please note your duties will include but are not limited to the above.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving License (with no more than 6 points)
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
- Enjoy working as part of a team

- Have adequate numeracy and English skills
