This role reports to the Procurement & Supply Chain Director and involves overseeing the operational performance of the Supply Chain for En Route, developing and implementing best-practice processes across regions, and supporting strategic development to meet growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a Supply Chain strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Lead Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Stock Control & Logistics teams, and Supply Chain Data Analysis to ensure high service levels and cost efficiency.
  • Manage Supply Chain Operations in regional locations, promoting global best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments like Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, NPD, and Creative for effective planning and delivery.
  • Work with business units to ensure performance metrics are met and reporting is accurate.
  • Ensure timely and complete product delivery, optimize stock levels, and control inventory and wastage.
  • Measure, report, and improve operational KPIs and efficiency initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with 3PLs and suppliers, ensuring performance standards are met.
  • Develop and refine the Supply Chain network to support business growth.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong leadership and extensive Supply Chain experience across multiple environments.
  • End-to-end supply chain management expertise, including suppliers, warehousing, logistics, and planning.
  • Proven international operations experience in fast-paced settings.
  • Ability to manage and develop remote and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a degree and professional qualifications preferred.
  • Strong IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
