We’re now recruiting internally for a Document Integrity Consultant to join us in Leyland.

In this role you’ll be responsible for issuing all travel documents, ensuring they are of a high quality and include all the information needed by our customers.

Current Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, including Bank Holidays. Saturdays on a rota basis, approximately 1 in 4

  • Job Accountabilities
  • Issue all booking documents and collate all supplier documents
  • Escalate issues and incorrect information to the Data Integrity Coordinator and work with them to identify the root cause, fix the issue and prevent reoccurrence
  • Ensure documents are sent out to customers within SLAs
  • Reconfirm all travel arrangements for our high-profile accounts
  • Support the Data Integrity Coordinator to raise concerns regarding any documents to the wider business and improve ways of working
  • Work as part of a team, maintaining strong relationships and supporting new colleagues with their training
  • Adhere to GDPR and maintain a professional approach at all times.
  • Support other areas of the Operations department where the business needs.

  • IT literate (knowledge of Travelink and PDF re-writer is desirable)
