We’re now recruiting for a talented and proactive CRM Executive to join us in Kingston-upon-Thames. In this role you’ll help to drive conversion and retention through the delivery of highly targeted and personalised customer email marketing campaigns and behavioural automated lifecycles. After a recent brand refresh, we continue our journey to build awareness, inspire and engage our customers with the brand and support us in meeting our acquisition and retention goals. You’ll work as part of our talented, dynamic and award-winning Marketing team, where this role is pivotal in demonstrating the value of putting the customer at the heart of our organisation, while working to a fast paced and dynamic project plan. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, can use their initiative and has a collaborative approach to generate fresh ideas – and knows what is trending!
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely each week.
Job Accountabilities
- Day-to-day operations of all customer email marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys
- Liaise with key stakeholders to help plan, brief and implement tactical customer marketing campaigns
- Write and proof creative email copy and assist with website content
- Reactive approach to campaign delivery to ensure offers and travel announcements are broadcast ahead of our competitors
- Continually update and optimise automated customer lifecycle journeys
- Use A/B testing and email best practice to maintain and improve our overall engagement metrics
- Provide monthly and ad hoc analytical reports on website and campaign performance
- Maintain CRM calendars, roadmaps and marketing communication schedules
- Research best practice and competitor strategies that can provide a competitive advantage
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills
- Experience using an ESP – preferably Salesforce
- Basic HTML coding skills / experience editing email templates
- Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Canva
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as Power Point and Excel
- Experience with content management systems, Google Analytics etc.
- A genuine interest in travel, ideally having worked in the travel industry
- A team player with a positive and proactive mindset
- Able to work well under pressure, as travel tends to be ever-changing and although we like to plan, it can have periods that are fast paced.
- Highly organised and a strong communicator
- Flexible and adaptable due to changing priorities
- Educated to degree level – a Marketing qualification would be advantageous
