We are now recruiting for a Brand & Campaign Marketing Executive to support the planning, delivery and performance of Travelbag’s brand and marketing campaigns, ensuring activity is commercially focused, customer-led and delivered on time and within budget.
To support the day-to-day delivery of Travelbag’s ATL, promotional and partnership marketing activity, helping to ensure campaigns effectively support brand awareness, customer demand and wider business objectives.
To support the Brand and Campaign Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing in delivering effective, engaging and consistent marketing activity across relevant channels and customer touchpoints.

- Job Accountabilities
- Support the planning and delivery of relevant elements of the annual Travelbag marketing plan, working closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and wider business stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of Travelbag’s advertising, promotional and partnership marketing activity, ensuring campaigns are delivered against agreed objectives, budgets and timelines.
- Support the day-to-day guardianship of the Travelbag brand, ensuring communications are consistent with agreed brand guidelines and positioning.
- Develop clear creative briefs and work closely with the in-house design team and external creative partners to deliver high-quality campaign assets efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Support the development and delivery of joint marketing campaigns with tourist boards, airlines, hotels and other strategic partners, helping to deliver partnership income and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate partner campaign activity, ensuring agreed deliverables, timelines and approvals are managed effectively.
- Support the management of campaign budgets, maintaining accurate records of spend, commitments and outstanding costs in partnership with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing.
- Raise and process relevant purchase orders, invoices and campaign costs in line with agreed processes.
- Work collaboratively as part of the integrated Travelbag marketing team, including CRM, design, social, content and SEO colleagues.
- Provide effective coordination and support to internal colleagues and external agency partners involved in campaign delivery.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and key stakeholders across the business.
- Communicate campaign plans, progress, actions, risks and issues clearly and confidently.
To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role, with experience of supporting or delivering brand and campaign activity.
- Experience of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotional, digital and/or direct marketing activity.
- Good understanding of the UK media landscape and basic media planning principles.
- Experience of working with creative, media and production agencies.
- Experience of working with marketing budgets and tracking campaign expenditure.
- Experience of monitoring campaign performance and using data to identify insights and opportunities.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience of briefing creative teams and coordinating campaigns from concept through to production and delivery.
- Good understanding of print production and digital marketing channels.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates initiative, credibility, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good commercial awareness and an interest in understanding how marketing activity contributes to business performance.
- Travel industry experience is desirable, with experience in a commercial travel environment advantageous.
