Overview
dnata Catering UK is actively seeking General Assistants to join our successful and vibrant team at Gatwick Airport. As a General Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our catering and goods arrive on time for our airline customers, in line with various scheduling requirements.
Responsibilities
- Production: Preparing and plating food, handling packed food goods, packing amenity kits and flight condiments.
- Equipment: Stacking shelves, rotating stock, re-ordering dry stock.
- Wash: General cleaning, waste removal, washing airline equipment to industry standards.
Requirements
- Ability to handle pork and alcohol products.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and have good mobility.
- Ability to work in a chilled environment.
- Basic understanding of English.
