We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a key strategic initiative: the consolidation of all outsourced maintenance activities into a single Facilities Management (FM) provider. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver long-term value across our estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive asset registers across all sites to support the RFP process.
  • Manage the full end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including RFP development, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Facilities Management team, providing support and expertise where needed.
