We are currently seeking a Operational LMP Partnerships Delivery Manager to oversea and manager our partnership with easyJet. What’s the purpose of role: This will be a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing robust operational performance for easyJet through effective partnership management. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills to be able to ensure the best performance from partnerships with Last Mile Providers, demonstrating a full range of influencing skills from a directing to highly collaborative style will be required as well as the EQ to know which is most suitable to adopt. Who you’ll deal with: Internal: process/function manager, shift/team managers, shift leaders, bond employees, other units, central services team at Manchester, operations director External: airlines, HMC&E, DfT, auditors, contractors, EHO, Customers What you’ll be doing: Establishing operational tasks, policies and procedures for all LMP employees Ensuring effective communication within the team utilising all elements of “Communicating for Success” Developing, documenting and maintaining clearly defined procedures for easyJet operations, aligned to easyJet’s Ground Operations, Cabin Operations and Safety standards – and ensuring correct protocol for controlled communications cascade – ensuring each LMP adheres to our contractual requirements. Developing meaningful relationships with each of the LMP management teams and engaging them effectively to provide the services to easyJet and manage their performance – seeking advice, direction and support as required Operational decision making and reporting on each LMP location’s performance, forecasting, capacity planning and team development. Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the capacity of the LMP’s for the easyJet network and ensuring each LMP has adequate to meet the needs of our business. Support the process of remote and physical audits of the LMP network producing audit reports with any required remedial action plans. Manage and support resolution of complaints within the agreed timeframes Interface with sales, finance, marketing, people & culture; process improvements and optimisation. Ensuring action plans are developed and reviewed whilst schedules complied with to achieve on time delivery – reviewing action plans to ensure costs are controlled Holding meetings aligned to the Governance model to agree action plans and communicate issues and resolutions Reviewing period service reports effectively communicating issues and agreeing and monitoring action plans. Reviewing monthly operational reports, achievement of SLAs & KPIs Reviewing existing operations and finding areas for development and growth. This list is not exhaustive, accountabilities may vary dependant on locality or role complexity and may include any other duties considered reasonable by the line manager.
