We are committed to supporting the entire travel experience. dnata Catering and Retail is a leading in-flight hospitality provider, delivering world-class culinary services and innovative products to enhance passenger experiences.Role Overview We are expanding our Business Systems team to support significant changes, including enhancing existing systems and implementing new ones to improve business processes, information flow, and profitability.Main Responsibilities Provide consultancy and support to the business through effective use of IT systems managed by the UK IT Group.Collaborate with senior systems analysts to support and develop existing applications and end-user systems across the business, including warehouse management, ERP, T&A, and finance.Contribute expertise to business system change projects to improve existing functionalities and implement new systems, especially in HR, Finance, and Resource Management.Review evolving business needs and manage change requests with relevant business owners and suppliers.Participate in BI initiatives, understanding business data, and assisting in data warehousing and reporting.Key Tasks Develop and maintain knowledge of business systems and processes.Support end-users with application issues related to systems such as oWMS, CBASE, SAP, Kronos, ADP.Manage administration processes, including access control and change management.Participate in testing new software releases.Assist with master data management.Support the rollout of new systems like HRIS and RMS projects.This list is not exhaustive; responsibilities may vary based on location or role complexity.Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational abilities.Ability to understand complex information and requirements.Good prioritization skills and adaptability.Team-oriented mindset.International experience is advantageous.Self-motivated to achieve targets.Knowledge of ERP, HR, Finance, Supply Chain systems is a plus.Willingness to travel at short notice.If your skills and experience match our needs, we encourage you to apply.
