DNA Residential is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide high-quality care and supervision to children and young people in our homes. You’ll work within a supportive, therapeutic team to help young people feel safe, understood and to build positive relationships.
You will support daily living, health, education and emotional wellbeing, use trauma-informed approaches, maintain records and communicate with families, social workers and health professionals.
