Job Description

Iffley Vets in Oxfordshire are looking for a permanent Small Animal vet to join our team!

Joining a brilliant vet team, nursing team and support staff! We really value our team and have lots of support in place for any vets wanting to progress with certificates or with interests in certain areas!

  • Our rotas are offering you a great work-life balance – a 4 day week is our full-time standard! We can also offer a 3 day week if preferred!
  • Parking just behind the practice!
  • Salary up to £70,,000, Depending on Experience
  • Accommodation provided on site for anybody looking to relocate to the area!
  • We're in a great location for civilised City life and also not far from the glorious countryside.

Whilst our role at Iffley vets is a day role, if you have an interest in hospital work we will shortly be able to offer full round the clock, wide awake care to our pets with our newly opening hospital in 2026. There is an immense amount of newly purchased equipment to include Karl Storz tower, advanced imaging on site, full orthopaedic theatre and equipment to cover all advanced procedures, Laser therapy, dental xray – and much more! It’s been an expensive and worthwhile year!

Our rota’s and CPD offering are lavish.

Our aim for you as a valued veterinary surgeon will be to progress as far as you wish to and have the support of our experienced and dedicated senior management team. Having over 80 years combined experience of working with excellent and growing GP’s, we are confident that our support will help to nurture and develop where you’d like to be in our profession.

Pay: Up to £75,000, Depending on Experience
