This is not a cold sales environment; you'll be speaking with existing clients whose pets have previously been recommended treatments, procedures or vaccinations by their vet.

Your role will focus on proactively contacting pet owners to help book important appointments and procedures, ensuring pets receive the care they need while delivering an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to existing veterinary clients
