Your Day Might Include
- Giving every client and their pet a five-star, heartfelt welcome
- Running a busy reception desk with warmth, composure and professionalism
- Booking and managing appointments using RX Works
- Supporting clients with queries, appointments and medication collections
- Answering emails and enquiries, and keeping on top of our Facebook messages
- Creating engaging content for our social media channels
- Handling payments and finance applications with accuracy and sensitivity
- Processing and logging insurance claims
