About The Role

Are you looking for a new role as a veterinary receptionist? Our fantastic Animalism Vets in St Albans are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join their elite and independent practice. The position suits a Receptionist who takes pride in delivering the ultimate client experience with a network of excellent Vets, Nurses, and Support teams to hand.

This is a Full-Time position, working usually 4 x 10 hour days ( 40 hour week) with a share of 1:5 weekend rota.

Your Average Day Could Include

  • Answering the phone and booking appointments in a friendly, efficient and caring manner
  • Helping direct clients to the clinic
  • Answering emails and enquiries
  • Ensuring Facebook messages are responded to
  • Scanning documents to patients files
  • Taking payment at time of treatment
  • Advising clients of our Healthcare plan
  • Processing / logging Insurance Claims
  • Handling and restraining patients

Dane and Alan have taken their years of experience working in numerous high quality practices, to provide exceptional vet care across London and Kent. Claire Baker joined Alan and Dane as a Director in 2019, originally arriving at the main London hospital in 2013 as a locum. Claire heads up the Group’s operations and vet team recruitment.
