We are looking for a polished Outbound Sales Call Handler to join a growing veterinary healthcare team based in Tooting, South West London. This is not a cold sales environment; you'll be speaking with existing clients whose pets have previously been recommended treatments, procedures or vaccinations by their vet.

Your role will focus on proactively contacting pet owners to help book important appointments and procedures, ensuring pets receive the care they need while delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong outbound calling or telesales experience who thrives on targets, enjoys building rapport quickly and wants to combine commercial success with meaningful work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to existing veterinary clients
