Office Based | Tooting, South West London or Ilford, Greater London. Full Time – 40 Hours Per Week. £28,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission.

We are looking for a polished Outbound Sales Call Handler to join a growing veterinary healthcare team. This is not a cold sales environment — you’ll be speaking with existing clients whose pets have previously been recommended treatments, procedures or vaccinations by their vet. Your role will focus on proactively contacting pet owners to help book important appointments and procedures, ensuring pets receive the care they need while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to existing veterinary clients
  • Booking appointments for recommended procedures and treatments
  • Contacting clients regarding lapsed vaccinations and preventative healthcare
  • Building trust and rapport with pet owners
  • Handling conversations with empathy, professionalism and confidence
  • Working towards individual and team booking targets
  • Delivering a high-quality customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous outbound sales or telesales experience is essential
  • Confident communicator with a polished telephone manner
  • Naturally chatty, engaging and persuasive
  • Results-driven with a strong motivation to achieve targets
  • Resilient, proactive and positive attitude
  • Able to balance empathy with commercial focus
  • Passion for animal welfare and helping pets receive the treatment they deserve
  • Must live within a commutable distance (approximately 45 minutes) of Tooting, South West London or Ilford
