Join as a Veterinary Surgeon in our independent, vet‑run group based in the M25 area. Winton Lodge Vets, part of DNA Vetcare, offers an environment where experienced support and a collaborative culture drive clinical progression.
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to support our Epsom and Leatherhead sites, bringing expertise in patient care, surgery and client communication to our consulting rooms and theatres. You will work alongside a supportive management team and RVN & support staff, with ample opportunity to utilise specialised equipment and engage with certificate holders across a range of surgical specialties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high‑standard patient care in both clinical and theatre settings.
- Supporting and learning from certificate holders in specialties such as Soft Tissue Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Dermatology, Exotics, Oncology and more.
- Participating in case discussions and contributing to continuous improvement of protocols.
- Assisting in training and mentoring junior veterinary staff.
