Are you looking for a new role in the Scunthorpe area? Our fantastic Old Registry Vets in Scunthorpe are seeking a Weekend Veterinary Receptionist to join their elite and independent practice.

The position suits a Receptionist who takes pride in delivering the ultimate client experience with a network of excellent Vets, Nurses, and Support teams to hand. This is a Weekend position with two 10 hour days, 20 hours a week over Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 6pm.

Your average day could include:

  • Answering the phone and booking appointments in a friendly, efficient and caring manner
  • Helping direct clients to the clinic
  • Answering emails and enquiries
  • Ensuring Facebook messages are responded to
  • Scanning documents to patients' files
  • Taking payment at the time of treatment
  • Advising clients of our Healthcare plan
  • Processing / logging Insurance Claims
  • Handling and restraining patients
